A small number of trusted providers process data on our behalf so we can operate the site and reply to you:

• Hosting — this site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS); requests to the site pass through AWS infrastructure.
• Email — when you contact us, your message is delivered and stored through our email provider so that we can read and answer it.

These providers act only on our instructions, under their own security and privacy commitments, and only to deliver the service. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to handle your inquiry, any follow-up, and a reasonable record of our exchange. Analytics are retained in aggregate, summary form.

When information is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected, we delete it or render it anonymous.

Access, correction, and deletion

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have rights over the personal information we hold about you. You can:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
• Withdraw your consent to our use of your information.

How we protect it

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only what is strictly necessary for the site to function, together with privacy-respecting analytics that do not profile you across other sites.
