    Discovery and architecture: we read your domain, your data, and your constraints. The week ends with a written model and a plan — scope, data design, and technical decisions — that we both sign off on before any code is opened.

    Shape

    Product and UX, information architecture, and SEO structure. We design flows, content hierarchy, and copy strategy so the build has a clear target and search engines understand the result before launch.

    Build

    Implementation against a defined performance budget. Each deliverable is deployed to a real environment and measured — Core Web Vitals, load time, cost envelope — so there are no surprises on launch day.
